• The staging recommendations are presented to the client.

Occupied Homes

For those homeowners who are living in the home, we edit
worn and unnecessary furniture.  We, then, rearrange the
home furnishings in a pleasing manner.

If additional furniture is needed, we provide these on a monthly rental basis. We will recommend other improvements such as painting and updating.

Vacant Homes

Furniture and accessories are provided by us. The recommended rooms to stage are the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. Other rooms, such as the family room, office and main bath are important to stage, also.

Homes for Redesign

For those homeowners who are continuing to live in their homes or buyers who have just purchased a home, we arrange new and/or old furnishings to provide the homeowner with a comfortable and functional living environment.
