Pricing

Occupied Homes:

The cost of staging a home with the homeowner's furnishings is $250.00 for:

• A preview of the home with the client. Photos are taken.
• A staging strategy formulated, written and presented to the client.
• One hour of staging.

There is a charge of $50.00 an hour for additional hours needed to accomplish the staging requests.

There is a monthly leasing charge for any furniture requested by the homeowner.

Vacant Homes:

The cost of staging a vacant home is subject to:

• The number of rooms to be staged
• The size of the rooms to be staged
• The extent to which each room is to be staged
• The quality and style of the furnishings
• The location of the home

We will conduct a preview of the home at no cost to the client. After viewing the home and listening to the input of the client, a staging fee will be determined and a written proposal will be presented.

Redesigned or Buyers' Homes:

The cost of our services to an existing homeowner who will continue to live in the home or to a homeowner who has recently purchased a home will be the same cost as an occupied home staged for selling.
